Cooley, 60, will oversee the development and coaching of fast bowlers across England's pathway, from Young Lions to the senior team.

Cooley previously worked with England before moving to Cricket Australia, honing fast-bowling techniques and high-performance programs. He later joined India’s National Cricket Academy, guiding emerging pacers. His expertise in blending technical coaching with sports science has earned him global recognition.
