During the 26th over of the Bangladesh innings, Md Samiun Basir Ratul attempted a big hit over long-off off Vihaan Malhotra, but Suryavanshi’s athleticism shone through. He leapt sideways, lobbed the ball into the air while crossing the rope, and stepped back into the field of play to complete the catch, handing India a crucial breakthrough.                        

Vihaan Malhotra starred with the ball, producing a sensational spell of 4/14, triggering a dramatic Bangladesh collapse. After India posted 238 in a rain-reduced 49-over match, Bangladesh were cruising at 102/2 while chasing a revised DLS target of 165 from 29 overs. What followed was a stunning turnaround as Malhotra dismantled the middle order, supported by Khilan Patel and Henil Patel, who cleaned up the tail.
